Shipping to an FPO/APO Military Address
Outrage RC thanks our soldiers who put their lives on the line for our freedom, and we are proud to ship to any APO/FPO address. If you have any difficulty inputting the address, or have a shipping related issue, please alert our support staff below by phone, email or help desk, and we will do our very best to solve any issues that may arise. VAT/Customs/Duty Fees
For all international orders outside of the USA, certain duty fees or customs fees may be required upon delivery of your order. Please understand that we have no control over any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other such customs fees, and cannot be held liable for any such fees, no matter what the situation may be. Please know that we will do all that we are able to limit such fees for you in regards to customs, but please contact your local customs agent for further information, and be aware that certain shippers, such as FedEx or UPS, may apply higher taxes or brokerage fees, as these shippers often utilize their own processing agents for a quicker delivery. If you receive your order and do not pay the required taxes, fees, duties or brokerage fees, the order will be abandoned at your local customs facility, and due to shipping fees and additional duty fees applied to us to return the order(s), we will not be able to make the return, and thus will not be able to offer any refunds, credits or otherwise. Please be very aware of all such fees & responsibilities regarding these matters, as once the package/order leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your order.
Q: I'm a Local Customer or Will Be In Your Area - Can I Pick Up My Order?
A: Yes - we offer "In House" pickups if you are local to our area, or are visiting within our area. Please contact us via phone so we can hold your order for you, or contact us to set your order up so we can waive the shipping costs for you.
Q: If I Am Local, or within the Area and Pickup My Order, will My Order Receive a Discount if I pick the Order Up, and it's Above $100.00?
A: No - no discounts will be applied to an in-house pickup, even if the order is above $100.00 and qualifies for Free Shipping.
Q: I'm Shipping to an APO/FPO Military Address - Do I Qualify For Free Shipping?
A: If your order is greater than $100.00 and has qualified Free Shipping items, we can ship via Free Shipping. Please note that large orders or bulky/heavy items usually ship via UPS Ground, and since military addresses only accept US Mail, Free Shipping may not be applicable. Please contact a customer service representative for further help if this may arise.
Q: Do International Customers Qualify for Free Shipping?
A: No - due to the high shipping costs internationally, we unfortunately cannot offer free shipping for international orders.
Q: I Live Internationally, but will be in the USA - Can My Order Ship to Different Address?
A: Yes - we would be more than happy to ship your order to another destination of your choice; please let us know all the details via phone or email before the order processes, and we will be sure to help you with your order. Please also know that if you are using a credit card with a different shipping/billing address, we may require a photo copy of the credit card used, along with a photo copy of the corresponding ID as well. If you are using PayPal, or have a PayPal account, we encourage you to use this method, as it will bypass all possible delays with mismatch of billing/shipping addresses.
